UW-Marathon County is currently looking at ways in which our curriculum can better meet the needs of nontraditional students. But we need your help. To make sure this program considers the needs of OUR citizens and OUR community, we need to know more about your interests and academic goals. We're asking you and others like you to take a brief online survey. Please go to: http://tiny.cc/uwmc One person who completes the entire survey will be awarded a $100 cash prize. Then watch in coming months for survey results, and how our course offerings reflect those results. It has never been more important to get your bachelor's degree than it is now. While this recession has hit all sectors of the economy, those with bachelor's degrees weather that storm better. A degree not only increases your likelihood of keeping your job in an economic downturn, it also increases your income. The UW System has recognized the benefits more bachelor's degrees bring to the state and its citizens. It has launched its Growth Agenda to specifically bring more nontraditional students - those who didn't complete a bachelor's degree right out of high school - into the University to finish up a bachelor's degree. |
